I was born on Thursday Island and have grown up on Erub (Darnley Island) since birth. My tribal clan is Saisarem, one of the four tribes here on Erub. At school, art was one of my favourite subjects. I did some screen-printing at home, printing T-shirts for our local games here on Darnley. I really like jewellery making.

Since working at Erub Arts, I have learned new things that I didn’t know about and I’m also gaining new skills and learning new techniques. I am looking forward to broadening my understanding of art.

Our Indigenous Artists Hub program has successfully helped in creating a much higher brand awareness through developing promotional material and an online ecommerce store to easily sell and distribute his services.
